Accordingly, Green Cross is very much on the cutting edge of science based organic and least toxic means tree, shrub, and lawn care.

Skills Required:
·Good woody plant identification skills, personal skills and communication skills.
·Prior knowledge of entomology, plant pathology, plant ecology and soil science is preferred but can be learned through our training.
Education and Experience:
·A bachelor's degree is required.
·A variety of backgrounds are appropriate including arboriculture, entomology, retail or wholesale nursery, landscape design, forestry and outdoor or environmental education.
Compensation and Benefits:
·$45K to $75K per year.
·Medical insurance premium contribution.
·401K plan.
·Profit sharing plan.
·Four weeks paid vacation per year.
