Manage 2-3 crews that provide services to 300 accounts doing pruning, tree and shrub care, lawn care, small landscape jobs and landscape winterization.

Education, training, experience:
|
|
|
|
Position requires knowledge of plant material, landscape design, and some hardsacpe construction design knowledge. Requires someone that is good with customers on the phone and in person and can manage multiple crews. Position has a clerical assistant so the main responsibility is setting up the crews and confirming quality services on a daily basis. Applicant must be able to design small landscapes and estimate the costs for proposal to the customer.
